This privacy policy explains what data PromptBack collects through the lead form for purchasing ChatGPT Business, why we process it, and what rights apply to the people whose data it concerns.

2. What data we collect
We collect the company email address and the declared number of users submitted through the form. We may also process data shared in follow-up correspondence about the purchase link, refund estimate, and ChatGPT Business rollout.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process this data to send the purchase link, prepare the refund estimate, and contact you about settlement terms and the ChatGPT Business rollout, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, to the extent necessary to handle your request, our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data retention period
We keep your data until consent is withdrawn or the purchase and refund settlement process is complete, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

Your data may be processed by providers that support us technically, such as email and ticketing tool providers, acting on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
